The building is placed on Bredgade, which is in the middle of Herning city, where you have the library, shops, restaurants and cafés around you. VIA University College and Aarhus University can be reached on a bike within a few minutes (3.5 km.). And Herning Train and Bus Station is only 0.5 km. away.
The fully furnished apartments offer separate rooms, where 3-4 students live together. Each room has a wardrobe, bed, desk, chair and a lamp. However, you are also welcome to bring your own things.
The private rooms vary in size from 12-20 sqm. The communal areas are kitchen, bathroom and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities incl. a dish washer. The bathroom also holds a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The communal terrace is furnished with tables and chairs. Besides we offer a bicycle parking shed.
If you are interested in renting a room, please send us an e-mail with your name, present address, age and nationality, and state when you wish to move in and for how long you plan to study in Herning.
Prepaid deposit is two months’ rent, and a monthly rent is approx. 3,300 DKK all inclusive (heat, water, electricity and internet).
